Boulders for Shoulders
This program is designed for people who are having shoulder problems. It is an 8 week program, designed to help get your shoulders stronger, more mobile, stable, and bulletproof. It is done 4 days throughout each week. The cost for this program will be 40$ for the entire 8 weeks of programming.

Squat the House
This program would be for someone who wants to just increase his or her squat. Generally the squat is the foundational movement. If we can increase your squat weight, we can increase any other lift that includes the legs (front squat, clean, snatch, deadlift, etc.). You will be doing front squats, back squats and variations, along with single leg work as well. This is done 3 days throughout each week. The cost for this program is 45$ for 4 weeks and 65$ for 8 weeks of programming.

Weightlifting Work
This program is for someone who wants to get better at weightlifting movements (Clean and Jerk, Snatch,). This program uses percentages based on your current 1 rep maxes, along with different variations of movements. (i.e. clean from blocks, clean pulls, snatch balance, jerk balance, etc). This is done 3 days throughout the week. The cost for this program is 45$ for 4 weeks and 65$ for 8 weeks of programming.

Aerobic Engine Description
This program is for those of you that feel like you need to work on your “engine” or conditioning. If you’re one of those people that a lot of rowing, running, jump rope, burpees, etc. is your kryptonite, especially with longer durations, then this program is for you. There will be a lot of mono-structural work (just rowing, or just running, etc.). This program is designed to help you build capacity in your lungs so you can handle longer workouts, or workouts that have a lot of movements that keep you breathing at a high heart rate. This is done 3 days throughout the each week. The cost for this program is 45$ for 4 weeks and 65$ for 8 weeks.

Personal Programming Description
This program is a well rounded program to help you work on your weaknesses. Maybe you are a person that would like to get better at Olympic lifts, and also improve your pullup strength. Or maybe you want to become more efficient at kipping movements and also get a heavier snatch. If that is the case, then this is the program for you. We will design extra work; some days it will be strength work, skill work, extra workouts, accessory, etc., to help you achieve your goal. This is done 3-5 days throughout each week, depending on needs and availability. The cost for this program is 45$ for 4 weeks and 65$ for 8 weeks.

Mobility Description
Yes, we already do mobility in classes but this will be personalized to your needs. We will run you through an assessment at the start to see exactly what you need, and also every 4 weeks to see where you are at, and how improvements are going. This program can be done every day. Some days you will have to do it at the gym, other days you can do it at home, depending on what mobility tools you have available. (lacrosse ball, roller, etc.). This would take you an extra 10-15 minutes each day, and you can even do it while you watch tv! The cost for this program is 20$ for 4 weeks, with an assessment every 4th week.
